Returns:

You can return an item within 7 days of delivery.

For a return to be accepted

Item must be unused, unworn with tags attached

Original packaging should be intact:

We’re unable to accept returns for customized items or anything that’s been worn, washed, or damaged.

Exchanges:

Want to swap size or color? Message us within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll do an exchange if the new option is available. If not, we can issue a refund.

Refunds:

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll refund you within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the mistake was on our end.

Damaged or Wrong Item:

If you got the wrong item or something arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

We’ll arrange a free pickup and send the right item or give a full refund .

Just reach out through our Contact Us page with your order number, reason, and photos if needed .

We’ll get back to you within 1 business day with pickup details .
